Do we need to offer a discount?
Not always. The best partner privileges can include a discount, added value, welcome gift, room upgrade, kids’ benefit, exclusive menu, late checkout, resort credit or a special member package.
Can we apply if we are not a hotel or restaurant?
Yes. We are also interested in family attractions, relocation services, schools, insurance providers, real estate, wellness brands and other services that help UAE families.
What kind of partner privilege should we offer?
The strongest partner privileges are simple, valuable and easy for families to understand. Examples include a member discount, kids-eat-free offer, complimentary upgrade, resort credit, free welcome gift, late checkout, family package, pool day benefit or exclusive added-value experience.
Is the first month really free?

Do we need to be based in Dubai?
No. We are open to suitable partners across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, Ajman and other family-friendly destinations or service areas.

Yes. The Family Pass UAE is open to a wide range of family-focused partners, including attractions, soft play centres, beach clubs, pool day venues, schools, relocation services, wellness brands, real estate, insurance providers and trusted family services.
How will Family Pass members redeem our offer?
Redemption can be agreed during onboarding. Depending on the partner, this may involve showing a digital Family Pass, using a booking code, quoting a member offer, scanning a QR code or following a simple agreed redemption process.
Can we change our member offer later?
Yes. We can review and update partner privileges where needed, especially if your business has seasonal offers, new packages, event-led promotions or different availability throughout the year.
What happens after we submit the enquiry form?
